Reconcillation of JOB Work Challan After GST by J1IGRECON

Former Member

Hi Experts,

After GST We are using J1IGRECON transaction for reconcillation of Job work challan.

but in we are not able to edit quantity field

also if we want to cancel/recall any reconcillation challan how to do that?

Is there any report like earlier J1IFR transaction was showing. at present whatever challan we have created is not able to see in J1IFR.

Please revert is there any configuration we are missing.

Thanks and Regards.

Dinesh Korade.

It is not allowed to change the quantity during reconciliation in subcontracting process. The quantity comes from reference document.

You may check this KBA 2421598 - J1IFR Material documents not displayed for the issue related J1IFR.

Hi Dibyendu,

Your correct but our scenario is like if we have a send one material one challan for 100 and second challan for 100 nos and then we get process material from supplier in 4 Invoices each for 30 nos then we will reconcile those 3 GRN nos with first 1 challan no and lfourth GRN for 30 nos we want reconcile with 1st challan for 10 nos and 20 nos for second challan.by selecting manual button.

means we want to reconcile challan Partially. In pre GST scenario it was possible in J1IFQ transaction.

also in J1IFR transaction report is running ok in pre GST cases. but after GST it is not showing any challan after 1st Jul 2017.

We want report similiar like J1IFR for post GST subcontracting challans with reconcillation details.

Hope you understand our requirement.

Thanks and Regards.
