how gate pass is mapped in SAP i mean returnable gate pass and non returnable gatepass when the materials r going out

Dear santhosh

I dont think standard has addressed about gate pass. However, you can try with this technical name which is being used in Logistics Execution.

Take the help of ABABer to check this possibility. If this is not meeting your requirement, may be you can address through some creation of Delivery Challan one with returnable and another one with non-returnable by assigning a zee tcode.
