Hi,

Is there a way for the 'SAP C4C Survey' to survey my company's employees as a target group?

Hi Quintet,

Please perform the below configuration steps in the system to achieve your requirement.

1. First do the Activation of mass email in email and fax settings activity for employees in configuration.

2. Add "employees" Tab to Target group Facet through adaptation, there is a separate Tab for "employees", which is just beside the Members Tab,

3. Now Create target group for employees from "employees" Tab, E-mail template with survey and execute E-mail campaign to employees.
