Dear All,
When i am partially confirming for an activity (either by using T-code CN25 or CJ2B) by using the processing % field. The same percentage doesnt appear when I open the project in CJ2B.Suppose I put the processing percentage as 20% during confirmation and then when I open the project in CJ2B every time it gives the processing percentage as 100%.
Can you please tell me what setting i need to do so that the processing percentage fields shows 20% or whatever percentage for which the confirmation is being made.
Regards,
Santosh
Hello,
You can see the partial confirmation entered in display mode of CN25 and also the hours of work confirmed for the activity in CJ2B in the tab "comfirmation".
whenever you are into the "entry screen for confirmation of same activity again, system by default takes 100% of the remaining work.

Hi Santosh,
I tried that myself, and did not find that field in field selection for project planning board. Degree of processing does the process of calculating the actual duration. The ultimate value required is actual start and finish dates. So there is no field selection for degree of processing in planning board.
If you want it... You need to go for a development.

Hi,
As far as I know, it is not possible to achieve this using standard configuration. However, using cusomer enhancements, one can set the default values of once choice during confirmation. Please use SPRO->Confirmation->Develop the determination of Cust-Specific default values.
I have not used this. But the documentation clearly says that the desired functionality is possible with this enhancement.
