How fill automatically sold to party ERMS

Hi experts,

I follow the wiki https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPITSM/E-MAIL+INBOUND+CONFIGURATION-+ALM%3A+Incident+Manageme... and I can create the incident with an inbound mail.

But, how can fill the sold to party too? Only appear the reported by.

Really sorry for the delay, I was using another OSS user to connect 😞

The only "Real" information on the email is the sender address, with this information, we are able to identify the right BP of the "Reporter",

if you want, you can create an access sequence to define the Sold-To automatically based on the "Reporter" organization Unit,

In CRM, you can use the email content to automatic define the right category and with this maybe the Sold-To-Party too, the content analysis do the fetching with the right category based on the word in the email, then you can use the Rule Policies to specify the rules.

Sorry wenceslao.lacaze but I do not understand... what is the Category in the incident? How can find in the email something? How can related the something in the email with the Solt-To-Party?

My version is SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 with ST - 720 - SP05

I check the post before, that say: Unlike previous solman versions, Sold-to will not get info from the person responsible.

Sold-to field will auto-complete once you select the configuration item (system ID)

System is vinculated to the BP.

So, what steps are necessary for my version?

Lot of thanks tammy.powlas3 ... If I create the incident manually, the sold to party is filled when I put the Configuration Element because are related; but If I create the incident by email, I do not know how related the fields.
