Help in deleting workitems in UWL

HI All

I have a requirement to send workitems to multiple people at a time. This I am doing using a subworkflow and its working fine.

Another requirement is the workitem will be displayed in UWL and each of them has three options in it- Accept, Approve, Reject. As soon as any approver presses accept button the workitem should get disappeared from others UWL except the person who accepted it. I am clueless for this.I tried process control but its deleting from the person who accepted it.So it didn't work out. Can any one help me to solve this.
