(cross plant planning) URGENT

hi professionals,

plz go through the scenario,

we are having two plants PLANT1 & PLANT2

PLANT1 is planning plant.

sales and purchasing are allowed only for PLANT1 in PLANT2 only some production takes place.

we have to maintain both of em as plants, not as a plant and work center.

finished product A is made of B and C( raw material), with co-products D and E.

B is semifinished material produced in PLANT1 with co-product D and raw material Z.

then B gets transferred to PLANT2, where finished product A is produced.

Please reply to us how we can do the planning for this particular scenario.
