hi guys

am sap mm guy,now at my client site we r implementing work flow for PR,PO

as per img path

mm->purchasing-> rel proc->with classification

i did all this

1.Rel Grp

2.Rel Code

3.Rel Ind

4.Rel Strategy

5.Work flow

still i did

SAP net weaver-> Bus Management->Work Flow->perform task specifg customisation also

here under this

agent assigment was done.

but activating event is not working.its showing display mode

how can i cativate event

can u please explain me

what all additional steps i should take other than MM module configuration steps.

Hai Nani,

You do one thing, In your workflow Click the hat icon, it will bring you to the basic data Click the Start Event tab and enter like In category choose "BOR" , and in Object type Enter "BUS2009" and in the Event Of the Object You enter the "RELEASE STEP CREATED". Click the B column that is for Binding. you click the Generate Button the System automatically creates the binding for you. now click the A column that is for activating the event.

Go To Tcode SWE2 and try to create a new entry by checking other entires. I think most probably the 4th posting on this Thread illustrates how to do it.

Hi,

Activate the event linkages for PR, PO Workflows like below

1. In SWETYPV transaction

2. Create a new entry for BO, BUS2105, Event: RELEASESTEPCREATED Receiver Type: WS20000077

Receive Call: Funtion Module , Receiver FM: SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF

3. Check the 'Linkage Activated' check box. This will activate the event linkage.

Similary activate for PO workflow, use BO as BUS2012 workflow: WS20000075

i did settings in SWU3,SWE2 but still am getting error .

This is quite strange. I will suggest you to configure some start condition in SWB_COND. May be you can put if EVT_OBJECT= BuS2105 then workflow should trigger.

It should work.

thanks for reply.but can u plz explain in detail how to do it.

if i go to that Tcode then what to do...

can u suggest me workflow settings one by one then i can check all the setting once again then only will ask any doubts.

because ,i doubt something is missed out in these settings.

basically am MM consultant so i do nt have much idea on work flow seetings.

in our forum they rsuggeting to put in this forum i hope i will get answer here for my Q?

Hi,

By looking at the error message, the problem is you are using Task TS20000159 and associating with BUS2105.RELEASESTEPCREATED , however BUS2105.RELEASESTEPCREATED is not one of the triggering event of this task.

Please change the setting ( in SWE2 or SWETYPV) for this entry ( BUS2105.RELEASESTEPCREATED) instead of Task

TS20000159 use WS20000077. This will solve your problem!!

but still workflow is not triggering in receivers inbox.

still am missing something

can plz step by step proc for this settings

if that message occurs:

Event XY for task 99 not defined as start/end event

Just try swu_obuf.

Took me a long time to find out.

Hi Nani,

If your workflow is a simple scenario, then you should assign agents statically (like Positions, Users , etc )in the 'workflow' tab in SPRO itself.

if it's more complicated, then you have to find the agents in the run time using the role resolution user exit.

moreover in the workflow side, I dont know whether you've done the workflow customizaton or not.. if not please get your basis's help to do this.

After Workflow customization, you need to activate standard workflows for your requirement in your case,

for PO - WS20000075

for PR - WS20000077

go to PFTC and activate the event linkage it the triggering event tab.( it'll work even in display mode.)

my scenario is simple workflow only.

no BASIS,no ABAPers know abt this.

rel strataegy is triggering at ME29N tran.but work flow is not working.

what are all workflow settings i need to do for this.
