Loading WB failed CL_RSRD_PRODUCER_EXCEL, type PROD

Hi

I have configured Information Broadcasting in SAP BW 3.5. When I am scheduling broadcasting of reports using BEx Analyzer the job is getting hanged in open precalculations queue. I am trying to send the report to 3 different users depending upon their authorizations. I am able to send the report to users mentioned in field 'Email addresses'. but it is not happening for users metioned in 'user' filed. In RSRD_LOG in am getting error Loading WB failed CL_RSRD_PRODUCER_EXCEL, type PROD

I checked and applied the OSS notes 930507, 929005 But no luck.

Pls help me to resolve the issue. You can even mail to my personal id dbamne@gmail.com
