You can use the simplification Item Catalogue https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/sic/ and then from there based on your target S/4 HANA release ( Click on to the target S/4 HANA release ) and you can search the simplifications relevant for your application area and it should give you all the relevant notes consisting of the appropriate info.
