Assy Scrap and MFBF

Hi,

We are using assy scrap for FERT material in Material master.

Ours is repetitive mfg, so dring MFBF the concept of Assy scrap is not reflecting i.e if my assy scrap is 3% & I am doing backflushing for 100 EA....it should take 103 EA .......but its not happening..
