EH&S-OH -Questionnaires not updating

Dear all,

I have problem in occupational health management component, In which i got struck in "Scheduling Medical Service and Printing Invitation & Questionnaire". Here iam unable to see the questionnaires in print preview.

Also i have checked in edit medical services, information says "no questionnaires exists for medical service no xxxx".

I have done "Manually Assigning Protocol’s to a Person" and added person to planning list and assigned health surveillance protocol and opened medical service to that person. But in invitation, questionnaire not coming.

How to proceed further..Hope lot of experts and greats in this forum..Advice me on this issue..

i guess questionnaire is not attached to protocol. go to edit protocol and check in 'detail' for given protocol if questionnaire is assigned and reactivate protocol. then check in medical service.

Hi.

Questionnaires updation problem has been solved.

Soln: In Occupational health, In Edit Protocol, Found unplaned tick box was enabled. same was disabled and protocol made active.Now questionnaires updating in print invitaion mode and also in edit medical services.
