    Hi,
If you mean it's for query, you can create this query in SAP Business One Query Generator:

    SELECT T0.[DocEntry] [RequestDocEntry], T0.[DocNum] [RequestNumber], T2.[DocEntry] [POEntry], T2.[DocNum] [PONumber]
    FROM OPRQ T0
    INNER JOIN PRQ1 T1 ON T0.[DocEntry] = T1.[DocEntry]
    LEFT OUTER JOIN OPOR T2 ON T2.[DocEntry] = T1.[TrgetEntry] AND T1.[TargetType] = 22

Above query will show all Purchase Request and its Purchase Order (if any) in one report.

But if you mean to join in in transaction, you can follow below steps:
    1. Create Purchase Request document
    2. Copy to Purchase Order
    or
    1. Create Purchase Request document
    2. Copy to Purchase Quotation
    3. Open Purchase Quotation document
    4. Copy to Purchase Order

At last, on the Purchase Order detail screen you can right click, then choose Relationship Maps.
These steps will show you the link of Purchase Request until Purchase Order.

Please also mark this answer if this can solve your problem.
    Thanks
