Dear Friends,
Need your suggestions for troubleshooting .
I have configured ITSM in solman 7.2 for Incident Management. User is able to raise the incident, but i have to manually assign it to the respective support team. I have done BRFplus configuration also, so that incident can automatically pick support team based on their SAP components. Please suggest if any steps to be followed so that incident will get auto assigned to the support team.
