TIME Issue

hi experts,

it is a 3days a week like mon tue wed are working days and one of the saturday should be a working day in a month it could be any saturday.........need to create a wrok schedule rule for group of emp.

can any one suggest the solution how to config this scenario.

Hi Sujatha,

It seems interesting. Probably you can try the following configuration.

1. Configure 12 Public Holidays with Fixed Day (Saturday) from Date with Custom Holiday Class 3 to 9 and assign that in the Holiday Calendar.

2. Create a DWS Variant, which will look your Custom HC which falls on Saturday and create a DWS for this variant with working hours as per your requirment.

3. Configure you PWS only with 3 DWS.

Probably it automatically calls the Variant during that day in the Personal WorkSchedule for the employee.

It is bit confusing ……….

1. As it is not mentioned by the client that which Saturday is a working day in a month how can we take the fixed day from date for creating the public holidays.

2. Suppose we define the custom HC in DWS variant by default it will take every Saturday is a working day.

Let me know if I am right and suggest me on this
