Error in installing Business Package for Projects

Hi,

We are trying to install Business Package for Projects - BP PROJECTS 50.3 - BPPROJECT503_1-20000646.zip.

When we do this, we are getting the following error message

Manifest attributes are missing or have badly formatted value:

attribute keylocation is missing

attribute keyname is missing

attribute keyvendor is missing

attribute keycounter is missing

Any idea whats wrong here. Tried putting a OSS to SAP, but no reply from them
