HI Deepak,
IN SAP GUI, click on the SID whose system number you want and then click on change items,
IN connection page tab, at last in Grayed color you can see the system number of that particualr SID.

You can see the system number at the /usr/sap/<sid>/DVEBMGSXX where XX is the system number...
Also the system Instance profile will tell you <SID>_DVEBMGSXX_<host>

To check the system number
Execute transaction SM51, the you can see the instances status, in that you can find the naming convention as below:
<hostname>_<SID>_<instance/system no.,>
