f-47 is used to make downpayments through checks

for that we make request through f-47. after this we can use f-58 or APP to get checks

F-47 is for down payment request.

based on this down payment will be executed

F-47 is creation of down payment request creation. For example you would like to pay advance for the vendors and you will create a DP request for this which is a noted item. At the time of APP this request will be picked up and payment will be made. Without DP request APP will not be in a position to effect the payment to the vendor.
