ALV Grid in the background execution (URGENT)

Hi All,

i want to display ALV Grid in the background processing while i am executing the program i am able to display only ALV List but i want ALV Grid, I Know it will display by using docking container plzz can any one help me in sending the example code as it is very urgent for me .

i will reward for sure please help me.
