Count number of PO Documents

Hello All,

We are trying to calculate number of PO documents in our query. i followed the method given in following link (using formula variable and calculated key figure)

But the problem is we are getting incorrect entries like.

Created by Profit ctr Purchasing grp No. of PO(Cal. kf)

DSR_EMP PB306 ABC 1

DSR_EMP PB306 DEF 2

In the above entry, i should get no. of PO 1 for DEF. This happens everytime if createdby, profit ctr are same and only purchasing group changes.

Please help.....
