Folks,

The requirement is as follows:-

An employee works 15 hours a week mon,tue,wed (5hours each) and will work on any one Saturday in a month . Therefore the total hours will 53=15; 154weeks =60; 5hours on Saturday , total =65hours.

We don’t run time evaluation and do not capture actual attendance in 2002 and 2003 is out of subject.

Is it possible to have this kind of work pattern and reflect in WSR?

Even if we decide 2nd Saturday is a working day, still during Apr 2007, the work schedule jumps to 4th week and subsequently 5th week and so on……

Appreciate the inputs.
