m sry for the late respose ..... the link u provided was useful but still m not able to solve the problem....the scene is that m taking 'group ' from the user as input and based on that input i want to display the records.........all dat is fine ... it is giving me the records for that particular group....but for all the rows m gettin the group name which i dnt want....all i want is that the group shud cm 1ce and then its corresponding records ..hope u undrstd..
