Partner Determination

Hi,

We are working on the CRM 5.0 implementation.

When we are creating the complaint, the system should check the material entered there.

Based on the material entered it will check a custom table and the plant should be determined as one of the partner.

I checked the BADI : COM_PARTNER_BADI

But i am not able to implement this.

It is not getting activated.

Can any one advise if this is the correct BAdi and how this can be activated.
