Dear All

Can anyone suggest costs/charges that would be incurred to install the training software on my laptop? Would I need to purchase from SAP or training institutes?

I the product area you have marked SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core and SAP SuccessFactors Learning. There is no training software available that can be installed in your laptop. SAP Training and Education is the the place to go for any training related queries. You can go to https://training.sap.com and register for any training that meets your requirement.

Training can be either virtual (i.e. web based training) or Classroom courses. The course catalog will give you the option to filter our the courses based on the location and training type.

Training cost will be visible to you within the catalog.

Hi Mr. Sumit, now I am more confused as I had recently visited some training institutes in New Delhi that are willing to provide SF training software at Rs2500-4000 pm rental charges on my laptop but I am not sure whether the modules are genuine.

SuccessFactors is a cloud based application. This means that the application will run in your browser without any need for additional software. All the users that login in the SuccessFactors application would come at a license cost. Training institute that you have referred might have created some in house tools to provision training videos. But additionally there is no other software required to access the SuccessFactors application. Thanks

Hi Mr. Sumit, thank you so much for taking time to respond, you are right.

Kindly guide me as I am learning SAP HCM+SF, is it possible to crack a job in SF as a fresher(MBA HR with three years experience in Bank as HR Recruiter)? Will companies ask for experience in hcm first?

Request you to please guide other than reading blogs/discussion on sap website, practicing on system for hcm, how else can I prepare myself before facing the final interviews? Do they require good excel skills? Do I need to read books on hcm and sf?

Humble request for you to please guide me in brief, I had left my job to study hcm+sf in training institute and many people are already scaring me that finding jobs as freshers in sap is very tough, it would take 6 mths to crack.
