WebDynpro Login Page

Dear All,

Can you please provide some basic guidelines or tips that will help me successfully implement a WebDynpro Login Page?

The users are authenticated against the LDAP UME, and for some users not all, I need a second login page in the portal to authenticate them against the ABAP UME. The reason is because these group of users are using one shared LDAP account to login to Windows and have their own R3 backend UserID.

I am familiar with WebDynpro but have never developed a Login Page. I tried System Logon but this was not sufficient because of the Windows popup.
