Replacement FM for BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_CREATE_SPLIT

I will require one FM as a replacement of the FM BAPI_COSTESTIMATE_CREATE_SPLIT. Can you please suggest how can I find it? I have searched the OSS also but could not find any information.
