Problem in Transport in Production Server from Quality Server

Hi,

I Copy the Standard T.Code CO02 into my Z T. Code ZCO02..

after that i create a transaction variant for it and activate it...

Now i m transporting it into Quality Server from Development Server...It had successfully Transported....

But when I transport it into Production Server from Quality Server, it gives errors...

"Ended with Return Code -

When I double click on it...it display messages...like...

Transport Carried out with errors...

Individual objects could not be transport successfully.

Example:-

- The Original Object was not overwritten.

- A repaired object was not overwritten.

Wat is this problem....plz reply soon..
