Problem with Shopping cart without approval process WS10000060

Hi Gurus,

we are using SRM 5.0 version. I have activated shopping cart without approvals work flow. i.e WS10000060. When I am creating shopping cart and check the status in the shopping cart, in the approval tab it showing approved, but in Follow on documents it is showing 'Approval is pending'.Because of this it is not generating any backend documents.

Can anyone help me out how come we can resolve this issue. How to set the status of the shopping cart as approved in the follown documents tab and generate follown documents. We are using classic scenario.
