Work order User Status Text missing

Hi

We have order type Pm01 Corrective with user status profiles Z01

and PM03 Preventive with user status profiles Z02

With few diferenec in Z01 and Z02

What we notice recetly that when we are using Pm03 order user status text is not coming in Order Heard its just show as 0010 user status with out text

where as Order Type PM01 show full user status text like 0010 Created

Also check if you are using user-exit STATTEXT via transaction SMOD.

we using user exit which give status code with status text
