Hi,
In the start java engine phase during CI installation it gives error --> FJS-00003 out of memory
I checked at OS level and the memory is good enough 24GB and paging 74 GB, also pre-requisite checker also went thru.
Any idea?????

Are you on a 64bit platform?

issue resolved. i restarted the LPAR and then started the db2 manually (not CI instance) which is on other host. So when i started the sapinst again it automatically restarted the CI instance and the issue resolved.
