FJS-00003 out of memory during BI installtion

Hi,

In the start java engine phase during CI installation it gives error --> FJS-00003 out of memory

I checked at OS level and the memory is good enough 24GB and paging 74 GB, also pre-requisite checker also went thru.

Any idea?????
