Can some one explain these terms in SD module?

Hi all,

Can someone tell me how can I understand "Sales Organization","Distribution Channel","Sales Office","Sales Group","Sales Area"?

I am try to find the relationship among these terms, but a little bit confusion of the understanding. Can someone explain these as needful, thanks a lot!
