not able to change price in PO

hello everyone,

when I try to change the price in PO I get a error message :

"12,000.00 exceeds the limit ,11,610.14 in the condition record "

and

Message no. VK 036

I am trying to change price from 11610.14 to any price irrespective less or more the error message pops up.

The price is not saved in condition records.

This is an intercompany PO and the outbound delivery has been done aganist this PO.

Any suggestions?
