Not able to create a Equipment in newly created plant

I am not able to create a new equipment in newly created plant with standard equipment category. when going to save the equipment an information pop ups "Customer-specific check determined that the update is not permitted".

Plz help me

Akhi,

Looks like there some user exit in place , which is preventing the creation of the equipment for some reason. I would suggest to check transaction SM13 to see the details of the update termination.
