BIA service calls? Any success?

When we purchased our IBM/Linux BIA "appliance" we were told this was an "appliance" and it was to be serviced as such. Example: if we had a blade die on us, single call would bring out a BIA specialist and we would have the BIA blade back and available to add back into the TREX landscape quickly.

We have had several blades die and not once has the advertised service plan been available. What happens is a "cluster specialist" comes out and fixes/repairs the dead blade and leaves. A new blade in the cluster does nothing to get BIA up and running on it. Among other things, ssh, gpfs, network config, and the TREX/BIA clone of the blade needs to be done.

Anyone actually have a blade repaired "as advertised"? Or is it all in house?
