Short dumps monitoring using Solution Manager

Solution Manager can create alerts when there are a particular number of short dumps in a specified duration of time. We may also be able to use Exception Monitoring for monitoring specific programs and specific dumps. But is it possible to get an alert created only when ANY program (Not a particular program) throws the same short dump for a particular number of times within a specified duration of time?

I would think that it's very likely that to achieve what you want to achieve, you would need to create a custom data provider thus writing your own logic of what you want to get as a result.
