Key and text not appearing after transport

Hi,

I have transported queries from the Development box to the Quality box. They use a hierarchy and the hierarchy is supposed to show Key and Text. In the development box this was working just fine, but after we transported them to the quality box, this changed, and all that is showing is two columns of Key values (no text at all). It seems to think that it is displaying text, but it's showing as a key. I have tried using Standard, short and long text and nothing works. Any ideas??
