Licensing issue in Crystal Reports 2013

Hi,

Trying to sort out a licensing issue on behalf of Working Transitions. I've got details of a licence key that was purchased in 2014, bringing their total number of licences to 3. However, when I put the licence key into the licence manager, I get "The keycode is not valid. Verify the keycode is correct and try again."

I can't find a phone number to call about this, but the key I've got is definitely working on another machine.
