update/edit CRM quotation in R/3

Hi,

we have very complex pricing in ERP, is it possible we create a CRM quotation with some basic information and send it to ERP and remaining details can be filled in ERP for example redetermination of pricing etc?

we are integrating CRM 5.2 with R/3 4.6c...
