About reference field in smartform of 4.6c

Hi All,

I am currently using 4.6c smartforms. Here in create mode there is one reference field and is in inactive mode. so can any body send me some document on it and how is goign to be active.

I have requirement in currecy reference field. so i want to know more about it.
