SAPOSCOL on iSeries failed

I have run the SAPOSCOL on iSeries to collect the performance data and encountered error, The log file message : "cannot open /usr/sap/tmp/dev_proc fopen() failed, please check if file exists and is readable for current user" I have search for dev_proc but the object is not found.kindly advise, thank you.
