BP relationships replicating to ECC

Hi experts,

Is it possible to maintain BP relationships in ECC?

We are maintaining BP relationships in CRM and which needs to be replicated to ECC.

We are creating sales transactions in ECC and we have to use the BP relationship as partner function in sales transaction.

Request you to kindly give us the best possible solution for this scenario.
