Hello all,

I am using checklist without assign any item for the service maintenance, so checklist is separate from items, is it possible to assign items.

Best regards

Ahmet.

Hello Ahmet,

I am not quite understand your requirement. As you know the checklist is a new feature and a checklist is a list of steps to be performed by assigned step partners. The checklist profile consists of a number of checklist-related settings, including the checklists themselves.

With checklists all individual tasks (“steps“) required to fulfill a service request can be defined and processed. Each step is considered as an 'item' technically. So if my understanding is correct, you need to assign items to one checklist.

If above info does not answer your inquiry please let me know more details. Thanks in advance.

Provide you some document for your reference.

Hello Webster Cui,

Thank you for your kind answer

I can use checklist as a header ,it comes to my screen but i can not see anything in the detail of the items about checklist.

Is it possible to use checklist on the items ?

For example in the following screenshot i can use checklist as a header but i want to add checklist on items and i want to use it seperately for every product as you can see in the second screenshot.

I hope this explanation will be very understandable

Best regards

Ahmet.

Hello Ahmet,

Thank you very much for quick clarification. It is clear and helpful.

Checklist item itself technically is processed as item category and system will not determine sub-item category for any parent item category here. So I am afraid your requirement could not be achieved in current standard view.

Hope this could help you and if you have any further question please let me know.

Regards,

Webster
