Doubt Reg. Contingency loan..Amount is deducting 2 times...

Hi Experts,

In my company there is one loan called Contingency loan and is interst free.For a certain employee in my company the recovery is showing 2 times.The amount to be deducted is 4166 but it is taking 4166 2 times.Even it is showing in payslip like

vehicle laon recovery 4166

vehicle loan recovery 4166

What could be my mistake.The loan started at pay period of 6/2007.It deducted only 4166 in the particular month.Later it is calculating 4166 + 4166 for the later months.Where should i change the data which i have entered.

Please advice.
