Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue with planned orders as explained in example below.

1. I created planned order for quantity 100.001 KCS

2. I created process order 1 for 20 KCS

process order 2 for 20 KCS

Process order 3 for 20 KCS

Process order 4 for 20 KCS

process order 5 for 20 KCS

3. Now, I am expecting that MD12 show a quantity of 0.001, but it is still showing a quantity of 20.001. Can you please help me in finding out this issue.

How did you create those process orders? If you created them manually in COR1, then the planned order quantity won't be changed.

You should try to create process orders with the conversion of planned orders.

Hi Caetano,

we use custom transaction to create process orders. Our Model is explained below,

1. Planned order is created in APO and pushed to ECC

2. We create contract for planned order received from APO in ECC.

3. Using custom program, we create process orders against contract created. in my case quantity reduced from 100.001 to 20.001 while I created orders with total quantity 100.00.

Thank you.

I don't think I can help you, as I don't know the logic behind your custom program. Better to talk with the ABAP programmer who developed this program.
