Easy search facilitry for person responsible - mySAP CRM 5.0 version

Hello Experts,

Would like to know if there is any possibility of having the search option for person responsible field under creating a new acivity/ opportunity made simple...

Currently For acitvity partner field we have a wild card search. for eg we just need to enter lege* and a list all our customers starting with these names would appear in a new page for us to select..

However the same in not happening for person responsible, we need to click on value help then enter the name under first name or last name and then search..

Would greatly appreciate if a simpler search option is advised.Thanking in advance.
