event raise when PO value changes

Hello,

I have a problem. When I change the value of a not yet released PO, the event significantly changed is raised, but only if I increase the worth of the PO, not if I decrease the value.

Can you help me to handle this - I want to raise the event in both times. As it is standard, is there a topic in transaction SPRO for that?
