Error: Installing CE 7.1 SR3 Trial version Error @ Step 27 of 35

Experts,

I am trying to install SAP Netweaver Composition Environment 7.1 SR3 trial version, after filling in the installation parameters while executing the set up fails/hangs at step 27 of 35. With the following error message ;

Cannot start instance service of instance CE1/SCS01 on host b4b-3f-034-3f5. SOLUTION: Start the instance manually and choose OK to continue

I keep on receiving the same message, even after manually starting CE1 instance via SAP mmc console, after 2 -3 repeated attempts the set up either hangs at step 27 of 35 displaying the error dialog as above repeadetly or the set up exists giving the following error msg in the error dialog;

An error occurred while processing service SAP NetWeaver CE Developer Edition > SAP NetWeaver CE Development System( Last error reported by the step :Cannot find sapcontrol executable at these locations:
b4b-3f-034-3f5/sapmnt/CE1/SYS/exe/uc/NTI386/sapcontrol.exe.). You may now

choose Retry to repeat the current step.

choose View Log to get more information about the error.

stop the task and continue with it later.

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/CE71_DEV_ADA/INSTALL.

Guide me resolve this, maximum points would be rewarded immidieatly.
