Data area for accessing table "ZSEMC_WORKID " is too small.

when i upload data to the define table ZSEMC_WORKID, it occurs the message as below:Data area for accessing table "ZSEMC_WORKID " is too small. there are INT4 type in this table, and the abap length is 5468, can anyone help me to work out this problem..
