Training and event

I want to know if it is possible to pre book an employee for an event and then when the event takes place to register it definitively without having to enter again the data of the employee. as well as to distinguish unregistered employees who were present and absent in the training event.I appreciatte your help in solving this issue.Best regards.Rosina Fernandez
