Organization data replication from SF-EC to ERP using HCI, Query created but not triggered to HCI

Dear Team,

When we are running query program (RH_SFIOM_ORG_OBJ_REPL_QUERY)

for data replication from EC to ERP via HCI, then outbound request to HCI is not getting trigerred.

But when we manually ping outbound web service CO_SFIOMX_ORG_OBJECT_REPL_QRY in soamanager request is getting generated in HCI.

Kindly let me know where is the issue
